Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. The price on the page is the price you pay — full stop. Even if the project takes longer than expected on our end, the number never changes. We price to absorb that risk so you don't have to.
Do I need a care plan after my site is built?
No — you can take the site and go. But most clients find that having someone on hand for updates and maintenance is worth far more than the monthly cost. The first 3 months are free with every build, so you can try it before committing.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Anytime, with 30 days' notice. No lock-in, no exit fees. We'll hand everything over cleanly if you ever leave.
How long does a build take?
Starter: 1–2 weeks. Business: 2–3 weeks. Premium: 3–5 weeks. We'll confirm your exact timeline when we kick off — and we stick to it.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Each package includes revision rounds. If after those you're still not satisfied, we talk it through and find a solution — we don't walk away from a project until you're genuinely happy with it.
